At Regal Style Boutique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
- Items can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Certain items such as final sale or custom-made products may not be eligible for returns. Please check product descriptions for any exclusions.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our team will guide you through the return process and provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
4. Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at Contact@regalstyleboutique.com or call (410) 922-6384 within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assist you in resolving the issue by offering a replacement or refund.
6. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Intimate wear (e.g., lingerie)
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized items
